Artist’s Statement: | Social media has given us front-row seats to isolation and self-absorption (think of all the vague “likes” and the times we accept “friend requests” from people we don’t know or care about). “#iFollow” is my way of saying: Stop, Think, Feel, Love, and Connect. Man needs love to be a human, rather than a machine. Society yearns for human interaction. Despite society suppressing man’s emotional individuality, the need to remain real demands fulfilment.
